The 2026 dues are $218 per month. Dues are late and incur a late fee on the 16th.

Payments can be made by check or money order and mailed to 10076 Heritage Dr, Shreveport, LA 71115.

Or drop your check or money order in the mailbox located at the office.

We do not accept cash.

Board meetings are held quarterly in the patio area adjacent to the pool and office. Date and times are posted on the homepage.

Annual meetings are held every November.

The HOA provides normal wear and tear maintenance to the outside of your home. This routinely includes replacement and repair of siding, fascia, soffit, painting and fencing. This maintenance is done on a rotating schedule every few years.

Annual gutter cleaning is also provided.

The HOA is not responsible for termites or termite damage.

Water: We are our own water company. Your water usage is included in your monthly dues.

Pest Control: Pest control is included once a month in your home. (termites are not included).

Dog Stations: the are 6 dog station located throughout the property for your convenience and the consideration of your neighbors.

Gate Security: Monday through Friday the gate opens at 6am and closes at 7pm. Saturday and Sunday the gate opens at 6am and closes at 8pm.

Swimming Pool: the pool is maintained professionally for your enjoyment. Pool hours are 8am - 10pm.
